2017年11月，上海易瑾慧机电科技有限公司荣幸获得意大利 BM SpA公司在中国独家代理权，成为意大利 BM SpA公司在中国的总代理，
关于意大利 BM SpA公司的介绍如下：

 BM SpA was founded in 1958 in Milan by Mr. Mario Bertoletti under the name Bertoletti Mario Morsetterie Elettriche. 

The company history begins with the story of a committed, tenacious entrepreneur from the Lombardy  who held strong ties with his territory. The company history also tells the story of a family’s passion for excellence, a family who today has reached the third generation of entrepreneurs. 

Starting out with the production of terminal blocks, Mario Bertoletti launched the history of a business which, step by step, set the benchmark for the electrical connectors for energy distribution industry. 

In the early 1960’s, the company expanded its production from terminal blocks to all the elements used in electrical connection and at the end of the decade, they launched crimping connector systems (different from screw systems which the market was used to until then) thus also contributing to the evolution of the industry. 

In 1972, BM transferred to Rozzano where they opened their second plant in 1978.
 During the 1980’s, the company extended its catalogue with the launch of the multipolar terminal block. During the 1990’s, the company’s main focus was on integrated technology and production which meant that development of the equipment and the mechanical and hydraulic machines needed for production was completed in house in order to ensure excellent standards and flexibility in meeting client needs alongside the development of technology.  

Since 2000, BM has focused on variety by producing and selling complementary products to support all the aspects of technicians’ work including a line of installation tools and thermo-protected sheaths.

As profits increased, so did the products as did the amount of attention BM paid to foreign markets.
Since the late 1990’s, the company’s exportation has increased from 5% to 20%.

In 1991, BM was awarded the ISO 9001certification – one of the first companies to be certified in Italy – and in 2003, they were awarded ISO 9001 Vision 2000, testimony to the company’s focus on production processes.

In recent years the company has entered into partnerships with internationally ranked training institutes and universities including the Politecnico di Milano, Stanford University and the European Institute of Design, with a view to developing intellectual resources and to transfer knowledge of the location where it operates with particular attention paid to regenerating the area around Rozzano which is home to the company’s technologically advanced production centre.
The company is currently in the process of obtaining the ISO 14001 certification for its environmental management system.
