The EM5 combines the measurement of five critical environmental parameters, namely air velocity and volume, temperature, humidity, light, and sound. Included with the EM5 is a tripod which allows you to set the unit in place so measurements of each enviromental factor can be taken with precise accuracy from a fixed location.
This unit is perfect for HVAC applications. it lets you identify airflow and air balancing problems, measure temperature for air cooling and heating systems, analyze lighting and light levels in public places, and detect damaging sound levels.
The unit features a easy-to-read backlit LCD, readout in standard or metric units, min/max/avg/DIF modes, data hold, auto-ranging, auto power off, and low-battery indication.
