The AMB pneumatic models incorporate tuned dampening chambers and masses to improve stability and performance. The rolling diaphragm isolators require pumped air, and are ideal for high-performance instruments such as analytical balances. The 2 Hz natural frequency of the isolators effectively removes vibrations 6 Hz and higher, common to building vibrations.
