Descriptions of different versions of professional antennas
Professional antenna is used primarily for the reception of GSM-UMTS mobile operators' signals with vertical polarization in areas where mobile phone use is impossible because of their limited level signal.
The antenna is connected via FME connector directly on the mobile phone ar on card for wireless internet (e.g. UMTS PCMCIA card).
Additional adapter for connecting UMTS antenna to your UMTS PCMCIA card or UMTS USB key is required.
Some professional antenna are used for transmission of wireless LAN signal.
Professional antenna has reliable and robust design for optimum performance and long life time.
Antenna does not require assembly before the assembly on the mast, as they are all receiving mechanical parts already assembled. All professional antennas are used for vertical polarization only.
1) Antenna carrier: Aluminium tube 14x14 EN AW 3005 (AlMn1Mg0,5) H165
2) Iron parts: hot galvanised steel
3) Fixing to mast: "U" screw M6, for vertical polarization, without inclination, outside mast diameter D=20...50mm
4) Directors: aluminium rods dia. 4mm
5) Plastics: ABS, UV resistant
6) coaxial cable with FME connector on the end of the cable
Impedance of all professional antennas are 50 Ohm.
